You’re not alone. Millions of people around the world have switched off their alarm clocks and gone back to Zzzzzzzz. But now is the best time to get your mornings in shape. The kids are back at school, work is picking up and it feels like 2021 is really about to start… again.
In today’s podcast, I’m sharing how I start my day. It’s pretty hardcore because I get a lot done but that’s how I like it. It’s also worth mentioning that it’s taken me years to 1. get it right and 2. learn that it’s okay to adapt it when I need to.
I put my morning routine down to my success. If I’m ready to win the day I can do anything. So here are the habits I’ve introduced to my mornings to get me raring to go every day.
